PrintSTAR nominated for PrintStars Award 2011

The "PrintStars 2011" is the leading innovation award of the German printing industry, and is awarded to the best print products and technologies. Right there among the finalists, that means within the top 10, ISRA VISION has been selected together with the big names of the industry such as manroland, Kodak and Hewlett Packard in the category Technology/Print. The nomination was received for the innovative inspection system PrintSTAR from the world’s market leader in the field of surface inspection. ISRA has thus once again provided proof of its leadership in technology.
PrintStars 2011, the most important award in this sector in German-speaking countries, is a highly valued trophy in the printing industry. From a record number of submissions, a knowledgeable independent jury consisting of 20 experts has now selected the inspection system PrintSTAR among the Top-Ten within the Category Technology/Print. As a result, ISRA VISION takes its place alongside giants of the sector such as manroland, Kodak and Hewlett Packard as one of the finalists.
The innovation prize of the German printing industry has been organized annually since 2004 in various categories by the publishing company Deutsche Drucker (German Printers) as a major initiative for the whole sector and as a well-known networking platform. According to the organizers, this year 373 products in 13 categories were entered, more than in the seven previous years. More than 900 companies from the print sector are involved. The final prize winners will be decided in an online-reader poll conducted between 8th September and 12th October under www.print.de and announced on 10th November 2011 during the PrintNight in Stuttgart.
